Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, holidays, vendor events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship through trusted carriers such as USPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. The Peacock Tea Shop is not responsible for shipping delays once packages have been accepted by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned packages requiring reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery or expected delivery date at customerservice@thepeacockteashop.com. Please include your order number and photos of any damaged items or packaging so we can assist you.
